Do You Have An Unrealistic Dream?

If you don’t have one, get one--Quick!

          I got interviewed again.

A number of times, in fact.

This time, the questions were focused on dreaming big dreams.

So I’m putting together a bunch of questions and answers from these interviews. I know they will inspire you. And make you laugh at the same time. Because of so many interviews, giving crazy answers keeps me sane.

          Enjoy!

Q: How many brothers and sisters do you have?

Bo: I have 5 older sisters. I’m the only boy.

Q: Your father must have been very happy when you were born.

Bo: When I was born, my father almost named me Atlas. Because when he learned that I was a boy, he shouted, “At last!”   I mean, after five failed attempts, yes, he was happy. I’m also the youngest of the family.   Can you imagine my suffering? I was their slave. They told me to do everything for them. From answering the door to buying Coke. As a little boy, I had pet spiders. My favorite daydream had the makings of a Hollywood movie.  Because of a UFO invasion, my pet spiders mutated into giant monsters. My sisters got trapped in their spiders’ web and, well, you can guess how the story ended.

Q: Describe your family today.

Bo: Today, all my sisters serve in the ministry with me. We’re a great team. Three of them work full-time in the ministry, while two help out part-time. Now, they follow what I tell them to do. Haha.

Q: Your parents?

Bo: My Dad passed away last year. My mother, at 82, continues to serve the Lord with me.

Q: And you have your own family…

Bo: Ten years ago, I married the most gorgeous girl in the galaxy, a woman named Marowe. We have two fantastic, nuclear-powered, gravity-defying boys, Benedict, age 8, and Francis, 3. We homeschool our kids and have a great time doing that—because we spend more time with them. Instead of just opening textbooks, we make them experience the world. Instead of reading a book on business, Bene operates one. Instead of studying about music, Bene performs a small concert. (Bo’s Note: Homeschooling isn’t for everyone. But you owe it to yourself to find out more about it and consider if it is for you. If you want to know more about homeschooling, click at www.catholicfilipinoacademy.com now.)

Q: What are your dreams?

Bo: I wrote all my dreams in a Dreambook. It’s a 15-page document. Let me share with you my most important dreams. Before I got married, I wrote that I want to be the greatest husband my wife can ever have. I believe in making dreams graphic, so I wrote in details. I wrote that I’d kiss my wife 7 times a day. For the past ten years now, I’ve been doing that. Even when I don’t feel like it. Haha. Seriously, I have a great marriage. Because I work hard for it. I invest my energy and time to make it a great marriage. I also wrote on that Dreambook that I’d be the greatest father my kids can ever have. I wrote there that I’d play with them everyday no matter how busy I get. And that’s what I do today.

Q: Did you ever dream of becoming a preacher?

Bo: When I was 12, I had a “daydream”. I woke up and saw myself preaching in the Araneta Coliseum in front of 20 thousand people. I don’t know if it was a dream, a daydream, or a vision. Because I liked what I saw and I continued to imagine this. By age 16, I preached in the Araneta Coliseum for the first time.

Q: What were your other dreams?

Bo: My mission in life is to communicate God’s Love. And I do this primarily by being a preacher and writer. In my Dreambook, I wrote that I’d be a bestselling author and have my own TV and Radio show. I also wrote that I would have my own ministry for the poor built on a huge place, where I would welcome the poorest of the poor.   All these have taken place. God is good.

Q: Was it always easy to fulfill your dreams?

Bo: Absolutely not. Many times, I felt so discouraged. Frustrated. A few times, I even wanted to throw in the towel and give up. But all these years, I’ve never doubted my Call. I’ve always believed that God has called me to communicate His love. Why? Because He gave me the gift. And the ministry has been blessing many.

Q: How do you fulfill your dreams?

Bo: First of all, I chose the right dreams. I write big, hairy, audacious, and unrealistic dreams. In my life, I’ve realized that I accomplish my unrealistic dreams much more than my realistic ones. Let me tell you why. Unrealistic dreams shock my system and pump my heart. Unrealistic dreams force me to think creatively, demanding me to do things I’ve never done before. On the other hand, realistic dreams make me complacent. They put me to sleep.

Q: What’s the second step?

Bo: I read and pray my list of dreams everyday. I do this for both my long term and short term dreams. Like each morning, I visualize how I want that day to play out. I imagine what I want to accomplish, and what results will take place. This is my prayer. And my dreams happen. I believe in this practice so much. We don’t know how powerful we are.

Q: What’s the third step?

Bo: Once I have a dream, I create a strategy to make it happen. 100% of the time, this includes creating a dream team around me that will make it happen. And then I pursue the dream, no matter how many failures happen.

Q: Fourth step?

Bo: I spend time with people who already have achieved these same dreams. I make them my mentors. This step is crucial. Do avoid spend too much time with people who have no dreams. Or with people who don’t believe in my dreams. These are dream-killers.

Q: Who is Bo Sanchez now?

Bo: I’m a child of God. I’m a servant of the poor. I’m a husband, father, son, brother, friend, preacher, writer, leader, businessman, philanthropist, and pioneer.

Q: How do you see yourself 10 more years from now?

Bo: One of my fondest dreams is to equip our growing community with the tools necessary to help more poor people around them. Not through a charity model—because that is limited—but through the entrepreneurial model. Here’s one of my big dreams: In my lifetime, I want to raise one million micro-entrepreneurs among the poor. To gain support, I want to have one million KerygmaFamily.com members. (Note: You’re my dream team! Without you, I can’t do it. Sign up now at www.kerygmafamily.com and lets work together!)

Q: Thank you very much.

Bo: My pleasure.

That’s the end of the interview.

May I make a suggestion?

Aside from writing your dreams in your own Dreambook, write one or two dreams in the comments section below. Remember to make it unrealistic. Announce your dream to the world. Doing so will give you added motivation to achieve them.

May your dreams come true,

Bo Sanchez

    Bro Bo,

You may not know exactly how you have been (and continues to be!) a blessing to the lives of so many people but God certainly does. Receiving e-mails and printed materials from you have definitely been a source of strength during one of the most difficult times of my life. Keep dreaming bigger dreams and continue inspiring a lot more other people. Here's praying for your continuous success.

    Godspeed!

  3. Hi Bo! I just had to comment on this one! Funny that you talked about having crazy wild unrealistic dream today. Just this morning (it was already 3am), I couldn't go to sleep because I was thinking so much of what I wanted to do in my life.

See, for the past 18 1/2 years of my life I never had any 'dreams' of my own. I just went with whatever my parents and society told me to do. I never felt any drive, never felt any sense of fulfillment. Instead, I had so much 'hate' for the world and its system. I wanted to change everything bad about the world in a snap of finger but I never really thought how I would do it. I was simply filled with rage and COMPLAINT. And we all know that never does any good. Anyway, one day in my Psychopathology class, I had a 'daydream' just like what you had when you were 12. My dream hit me so hard I couldn't contain myself. I grabbed my notebook, ignored the teacher completely haha, and started jotting down all I wanted to do (yes they were very unrealistic haha) in as much detail as I could possibly can. I wasn't going to let it slip away. I felt so elated after the class I wanted to work towards my goal as soon as I could (and I am kinda working towards it now). Just like you, I don't know if it was a dream, a daydream, or a vision but I liked what I saw. Never shall I stop imagining what I want to do for the world.

Now back to this morning. I've had countless of dreams/goals complete with full details (whatever you call it) ever since that day in my Psychopathology class. I was doubting how I was going to achieve all of these gigantic dreams. I was doubting even the mere possibilities of it! I thought I wouldn't have enough time and money to splurge in such a big big big dream. And I said I also want a family, and I know I can't have both family and all my dreams at once. I didn't realize how boxed and narrow I was thinking until I saw your name in my inbox and read the excerpt of this post in my email. I didn't realize what I was telling myself! I was pressuring myself to choose one over the other when I can have both! I didn't realize how I was limiting my dreams because of the thought of lack money and time which I think is nonsense right now! I don't need heckloads of money, I don't need 26hrs in a day to achieve my out of this world dream. I remembered that all I needed to be successful in life and to achieve everything I want is to start small and dream big. The answer is so obvious but I had to hear (or read in this case) it out loud to completely fathom this idea (you mentioned it to me in one of your previous entries).

To cut this very very very verryyy long reply short, Bo, I want to thank you so much for slapping my cerebellum awake. My dream shall live and it shall come alive in a couple of years! And because of this entry, I've added another dream to my ultimate dream. You inspire me, Bo. Thank you.

    God is great :)

  4. Hi Bo :))

I always read your newsletter and it never failed to inspire me (i even created a separate folder for you in my Inbox....:) You know what, I always dreamed of something extraordinary or in layman's term "out of this world". And I can't even find one to listen to it for they all think its beyond my reach and sooooooo unfathomable, so I love the idea of having a Dreambook at least there I could upload everything(in details)that I ever dreamed of,but not for long, cause now it will be my destiny. In Jesus Name.Amen.

Thanks for encouraging so many people.God bless!

You are indeed an inspiration. Thanks so much. Inasmuch as you have the charisma and capability to inspire millions of people, I wish "saving the planet earth" will also be one of your many dreams - putting up an organization to promote environmental awareness, giving talks on the little things each individual can do to save the earth, inviting authorities on this matter to give talks to educate everyone.....

  7. Dear Bo,

I've always wanted to put up a foundation that would take care of would-be mothers who have doubts on having their children. The foundation would be mainly for the unborn children. It would be a better choice for would-be mothers instead of abortion. In the process of taking care of the mothers, they would be introduced or re-introduced to the Lord. I surrendered this dream to the Lord, it's for Him to fulfill. I don't know how to fulfill it, I don't even know the details and ins-&-outs but I've got my sites focused on this for the Lord.

I also have photography as a hobby and my, & my son's volunteer work for our church. I dream of being a full time photographer for a Christian organization, as my way of serving the Lord and spreading His Word and His love and making disciples for Him.

I have written the dreams and I claim Habbakuk 2:2-3 for this.

God bless you, Bo, and everyone who took time to read this. May the Lord's favor rest upon you.

  8. for the past 9 years, i dream that i'll be able to marry my girlfriend, have beautiful children with her and that we'll have a comfortable life. it looks easy for some, but in our situation it's very hard (sorry, i don't want to get into details). there were times i feel my girlfriend wants to give up this dream, but i don't want it to be shattered. after all these years, i still believe God will help our dreams come true, and i'm really praying that my 9-year odyssey will come to a close soon and start to have a wonderful life with her (with the grace of God)

  11. My dream is to be a father of lots of kids (12, :) I will live together with my parents and all my kids. Having a big family, living a joyful life, so that we will laugh everyday, bringing all of us to family altar everyday, involving me and my family into ministry. My house will (and must) be big enough to contain this big family, but not too big. A room will contain 2-3 people, with large living room. I also want a special room, the ceiling of which is not too high, and made of glass.. and I will be able to close and open it manually, so that I can see directly to the sky.
I also want to be a speaker who can motivate others. A humble one. Like Mother Theresa. I will work as an internet entrepreneur, so that I won't have to go to office everyday. I will also have enough time to travel around the world. I haven't visited Jerusalem, yet. I will visit it later before I married.
But most of all, I want to be able to live my life, forever in love with Jesus. Agape.

  16. My Dreams:

    1. I commit to pray and become a TRUE Millionaire until my financial goal of Php (secret ; >) /monthly income on Sept 2018 is fulfilled. Giving 40% to God and living on the 60%, I will reverse the tithes into 60% and live on 40% of my monthly income as soon as my target is reached. I will also be more active in my sfc/loj communities and share my blessings to the my poor brothers and sisters in Christ.

    2. I commit to increase my active income starting Feb 2008 of additional Php10,000/month. (and you know what Bo, since the time I wrote this down in my Novena to God's Love, God has given me a new job and it had increase my income to Php9,000/mo...really God is Good.) I commit to increase my passive income through my new business with my dream team. I am committed to go to Dubai by 3rdQuarter 2008 all expense paid trip from my business.

This will also open up opportunities for me to evangelize the people in these countries and spread God's Abundant, Overflowing Love.

For all this may God be Praised!

  17. Hi Bro. Bo!

Thank you for making my life a lot better. If you had not given out those Novena to God's Love booklets, I would have never written my dreams down. When I got it, I immediately wrote 7 of my dreams, but later found out that 2 of those dreams were just the same so I fused them and wrote another.

This dream I am about to write is the most unrealistic for many. Thanks to everyday reflections on this dream, I have found ways to achieve it and realize it is just 1 step away from it being impossible, which means it's still possible.

    Here it is:

Earn 1 Billion Net earnings every month of the highest currency.

I'll just leave the details to myself :D

    Here is another one:

While Dream #1 is underway, I shall give a part of what I get to the Lord. I will help many charitable organizations and start my own as well. It shall be one that not only gives a "fish" to people to eat, but teaches people "how to fish".

I dream to travel around the world and proclaim my beliefs and God's goodness to me.

I dream of being suuppeerr GENEROUS to others esp. education fund for less fortunate children.

I dream of becoming a writer and publish my very own book!

  20. Thank you, Bo, for the inspiration. And here is my dream:

I want to build and run a business that will employ, at least, 50 people. It will have the following characters:

    a) People will sense that God owns it;
    b) The workers will sense that they are part owners;
    c) The customers will get equal, if not better, value for their money; and
    d) It will be a delight to the community.

I dream of putting this business in the place where I was born and grew up so as to inspire people and help the local economy. Because I believe that there is no sense in becoming rich if the community around you continues to live poorly. They will only grow envious and lead them to think of evil things.

May God bless this dream and the dreams of all your readers. More power to you, Bo, and to everyone!

    Hi Bo,

You did it again! Ang galing to the max!
Since I wrote my dreams in the novena booklet, three of my dreams had been realized. Two others are on the verge of being realized. But those are all realistic dreams.

So now I write my "unrealistic" dreams:

    1. Publish my own book about reaching out and caring for the poor as a tangible form of worship to the Lord.

    2. Having established an orphanage, I want to have at least two more orphanages, and one of them coincides with what a certain Alex wrote in this section. Hey, Alex, lets get in touch and merge our dreams together.

    3. See a schoolyear where Alay is happily sending out more than a hundred scholars to colleges all over the country. By June, Alay wil have 53 - 55 scholars for sure.

    4. Return to Europe with another pilgrimage with my whole family after our pilgrimage to Guadalupe in Mexico this year.

Hey, those are just starters. Let me dream some more....

God bless you Bo. I feel so blessed everytime I attend the Feast and read whatever you write.

  26. Hi Bo!

It has been five months since I received the novena dream book! Gosh! By now, some of my dreams must have been fulfilled had I written them down and prayed over them.

Anyway, here are some of my wild dreams (for now):

    - to organize a foundation for street children in our community
    - to provide a home for each of my four unemployed brothers
    - to be able to write an article for the kerygma (hahaha!)
    - to sponsor a kerygma feast in our place (wow!)

I guess I have to start writing down my dreams, no matter how wild, crazy or unrealistic they may be.

Thanks so much Bo! May you always continue being a blessing to us!

God bless you and your family always!

    aimee

  28. Hi! :)

It's amazing how I come across this article of yours when just this afternoon, something prompted me to stop limiting my ideas and simply start dreaming BIG - dreaming out-of-this world, gigantic, and - like the title space in my inbox indicated - UNREALISTIC - dreams. Could this be God patiently, persistently, knocking on my door, asking for me to get out of the nutshell of my mind and live out some wild, unrealistic but possible-in-the-Lord's-name dreams?
    I think it is. :)

First and foremost, I'd just like to thank you, for being such an inspiration. Thank you sir! :) Up to now I am still reeling; still trying to get my mind around the fact that it IS possible to achieve and live out even the wildest and most unrealistic dreams. But you are a living testimony to what God can do...and what you said, "We don't know how powerful we are" - is very empowering. Thank you so much. :) As impossible as it still is in my mind, at least I know now, for a fact, that God CAN - and moreover, God WILL - help us to reach and live out our dreams. :D

...Thinking about it now, I'm getting pretty pumped up. That's a really awesome fact. :)

So, here are my two most unrealistic dreams that I envision myself achieving before I pass:

    1) Open a dance school.
I have such a passion for dancing... but never in my 17 years of existence have I ever had professional training. I'd like to be able to prove that even without professional training, one can still be what they want to be.

    2) Uplifting the transportation system in the country.
Seriously - I want to see no more Filipinos waiting in vain for public transport that will never come. Hm, this is something I think the government is overlooking - transportation systems, especially in the South. For example, a lot of people wait for almost an hour every Monday morning for buses to Manila. I want to see change here... the Filipino people deserve more than the services they're getting.

...Okay. Having written those, I sensed almost immediately the impossibility of such dreams.

Mr. Sanchez, thank you. I'll just have to keep referring to this interview of yours to remind me that despite my narrow and limited mind, I will still see to it that my unrealistic and impossible dreams will come to be - because God can, God will and God says so. Oh, and you prove so, too.

    :) God bless!

  29. Bro. Bo - I can't tell you just how much my regular dose of Kerygma and Soulfood readings have helped me.

I'm hesitating to send this right now but I feel that I must, for whatever's holding me back isn't from God.

I dream that my illness will be miraculously healed.

I dream to be a well-respected and widely read writer, maybe even for plays and movies, and gain material wealth and abundance by the millions through my craft.

I dream to be instrumental in establishing a chapter of Kerygma and a satellite office of the Catholic Filipino Academy South of Manila.

I dream to be a great mother, teacher, provider and friend to my 5-year old adoptive daughter.

I dream to put up a Retreat House dedicated to St. Bernadette of Lourdes, on a 7-hectare land, surrounded by trees and full of serenity; where people can go to to be with God and experience His healing.

Holy Spirit, fill us with Your Love and continue to fuel Bro. Bo and his endeavors.

  31. Hi Bro. Bo.

Your words are truely God's gift. Life in canada is different. I do pray everyday while driving to work and I always pray my dreams (some of it if I remember my list). But most of all, I will not forget my dream to have our own beautifull MORTGAGE FREE HOME by my age of 40 yrs old. I am 37 right now and I know with God's grace this is possible. Making our home mortgage free will create more wealth that we can give back to God through His work, 2nd, My wife will not to have to work outside and we can follow what God really want my wife to be based on His design of a Family, to take care and nurture our family and home. And most of all, so that I can have more time to serve our Lord and more time with my kids too and family too. My second dream is to be financially free. I wish to serve God full time, I do see me serving ANCOP (an arm of Gawad kalinga in international places) in the future. I do pray that God will help me to achieve my dreams and that These dreams are part of His will.

    Always in Christ,
    Bro. Mike

  37. Dear Bo,
My realistic dreams are a too many to write down and it keeps me on my toes always as I fulfill them one by one. But my unrealistic ones would solve 90% of our countries problems if you will and all the others here help dream it also..... Here goes.......

    1. A half way house big enough and self sustained to process all the prisoners that comes out from our jails, specially from the National Bilibid Prison. Imagine if you make all of them honestly productive again and preachers of goodness also, jail wardens would be out of work then.

    2. An honest and GOD FEARING Government Employees and Politicians to the bones, from the president down to janitors.........Every one of you out there, please make this one your unrealistic dream also.......

Wouldn't be nice to read the papers in the morning reporting about science achievements and the birds and butterflies migrating? 10% of our problems are caused by nature, like typhones, that's God's way of reminding us of His presence.

Thank you very much for the space Sir,
    More power to you!!!!!
    GOD BLESS!

    Best regards,
    lindy

  38. Congratulations, Bro Bo! You're an inspiration to all of us who are striving to fulfill our dreams. You and Prof. Randy Pausch (a computer science Prof at Carnegie Mellon University) are my inspiration ... both of you have actually fulfilled your Childhood Dreams. May I suggest you read Randy Pausch' autobiography called "The Last Lecture"... very inspiring. He has pancreatic cancer but the last lecture he gave wasn't about dying but about "Really Achieving your Childhood Dreams." It was about the importance of overcoming obstacles; of enabling the dreams of others; of seizing every moment (because TIME is all you have ... and you may find one day that you have less than you think). It was a summation of everything he believed ... it was about living.

Thank you and God Bless you always!

    Hi Bo!
Thanks for inspiring me to tell my greatest dreams. And here they are:
    1. To have a Home for the Aged right here in our place in Cantigdas, Batuan, Bohol. A home where the abled can enjoy do things in farming, and gardening, hear mass in a small chapel.

    2. A multi-purpose hall which can accomodate a maximum of 100 people still in the vicinity of the Home for the Aged. We don't have a place where we can conduct seminars specially related to the spirituality of our people here. People cant affordf to go to retreat house in Panglao where its located.

    3. A barrio (community) with mature spirituality citizens living, who have a personal relationship with God.

There my friends are some of my greatest dreams together with my sister. We don't have a single centavo right now. But we have God. And we believe that if it is God's work, then 1 or 2 years from now, we can invite you to visit the place during your tour in Bohol. See you soon!!!!!

  45. Wow bigat, my dreams would be;
To be sufficiently financially stable to sustain my family needs, for my CFC family needs especially our work for the poor the Gawad Kalinga in our municipality.

To be able to travel with my family abroad or anywhere where my family can enjoy, relax, bonding.

To have my three kids fulfill their ambitions and have sucessful lives of their own, especially their studies

    ReplyDelete
  46. Peace be with you all!

I absolutely agree with what you have shared to us and thats exactly what I am doing right now and I tell you it really works. Things are pouring to me as what i have imagined them to be. One by one I know all my dreams in my novena booklet will come to reality.

For now my greatest aspiration would be to become a wife and a mother this year. Its something unrealistic for now as me and my partner hasnt plan for it yet but I really desire to be his wife this year and to be a mother. I wanted to become a mother to 4 lovely kids. That is why I wanted to start this year.

I like to become an accredited system auditor. Its unrealistic as I lack the educational qualification to become one. And whats good about it is that I started my strategy plan on how to get there. I feel that I have started my path there and soon enough I will become one.

Lastly, I would like to teach and share my knowledge and skills to others. I see myself teaching others, able to impart part of what i know to others and at the same time being a wife and mother to my husband and kids.

    God bless us always.

  47. Hola Bo!

  48. Thanks Bo for inspiring me to dream unrealistic dreams.

My dream is for Ashpa to become big here in Ecuador then in whole Latin America. And while it is growing, it will never sacrifice my time with my husband.

I dream that my husband and I will be able to date each week and that we will be able to serve as a missionary couple here in LatAm (and have a honeymoon in each mission area yey!)

Help us pray for it. God bless!

  49. Dear Bo,

My daughter Leslie is undergoing marital crisis as she just found out last March 25 that her husband is a porno and sex addict through his computer journals and videos. I bought your book " Your past does not define the future" and sent one of the 12 books (through Sister Vita bless her!) to him and I am praying that he gets to read it. Gave also to my daughter and family members. My dreams:

    1. For my daughter to see her childhood wish and dream come true to be a fulltime wife and mother (sana 3 kids, girl, girl and boy). They lost their son on Sept 29 2003, 3 months old. I hope the Lord will intervene in the civil and marriage tribunal case if the marriage is meant to be preserved by God's will and that the cases may help jolt the husband to reality.

    2. To be able to finalize the loan deal of my client Terence Daquioag on his purchase of the lot in Ayala Greenfields and for me to contribute half of the tithes to Anawim and the Kerygma family. Half to help relatives and our parish.

  56. Bro Bo,
I consider these situations as a dream-fulfilled for me to undergo within the week. May I request your prayer warriors that God will guide and help me to undertake these situations with full freedom, love, forgiveness, understanding, to wit:
    1. to take the necessary steps and ways to attain the reconciliation I had always been wanted to happen between me and my sister Fe, because of her being so proud and egoistic, for the last 6 yrs now. She is an OFW and came home for her yearly 1-month vacation, and am taking the opportunity to meet her because of our elder brother's 1st death anniversary.
    2. to be more gentle, kind, generous and humble to others as I wanted to practice the Words the Lord sent me everyday. My covenant with Him is a priority, for I am a unit leader of the Handmaids of the Lord in our community. I have a sister with the same attitude of my sis Fe. Our Conference held at Subic last weekend is very successful, but I felt unsuccessful because of her. She ignored any help extended to her, from transportation to hotel accommodation from our leaders. She never joined us during the Conference, except the picture taking with our leaders. I hope that, while writing this, she may have realized something, as I plan to visit her and take the 'one-to-one' dialogue on Friday afternoon, after office hours.

Thank you very much Bro Bo. I owe so much your daily prayers and your Gospel Reading guides and reflections. It guided me in my household prayer meetings. God bless you and your family. eepacheco

To be a significant businesswoman and multi-millionaire. To be a multi-millionaire is just a second to being a significant businesswoman. I have this aching passion to CHANGE the way of recruitment in a lot of companies. 66. Hi kuya Bo!!

    Thank you for the inspiration!

I wanted to win the lottery! LOL! Sometimes I talk to even drop a joke or two hoping He'd reconsider. I don't need to be a multi-millionaire ... just enough ... say 500,000 euros that I can invest and secure as monthly pension without having to work for underqualified jobs and low meager salary.

I wanted to be my own boss --- put up a restaurant or bookstore here in alemanya

I wanted to be fluent in german and learn as many languages as I can especially spanish and french

I am a frustrated artist!!! it's such an unrealistic dream because I lack insights and chances/opportunities how to achieve it! I wanted to be a painter --- a well-known painter. I imagine having my paintings displayed in galleries and doing artworks of anykinds. I imagine publishing a book and teaching art enthusiasts how to paint.

I wanted to attend a fine arts school (but its so expensive and they mostly give chances to those who are talented already its so unfair!!! I mean I thought you go to school to learn and not teach those who already know enough!)

And if I can, I really really wanted to help my parents renovate their house and pay the rest of the credit. I wanted to send them in different countries where they can enjoy and relax and have fun (after years of taking care of me, my brothers n sister)

and lastly, I wanted to build or support an already existing organization dedicated to building/improving schools in the Philippines for children who wanted to learn but never has the chance and is forced to go to work instead.

Thank you kuya Bo! Now I have to write these dreams again in my dreambook and start doing something about them. Thinking about them now....they might not be that unrealistic after all!

    God bless!

Thanks for this inspiring message! Yes, to dream is free, so why not dream anyway, big or small, work for it and eventually the dream will work for you! It's what makes life going. For me, i work for a dream with God as my great Dreamer ! My life is safe in His Hands, His dreams for me are far more better than mine, for His Plans are guided by his love for me. If ever i don't get what i wished for, it's because, He sees it's not good for my soul, not good for others either. He who sees the bigger picture, won't let harm befall on me and the rest. What joy to have known, we have a loving Father Who watch our every step along life's delicate journey.
So folks, keep on dreaming and be happy!!!
    Praise God!
Thanks Bro. Bo. May our good Lord bless you and your family.

. . katulad mo din Bo.

Maraming salamat sa inspirasyon araw araw.

  80. One of my dreams (which is very new actually) is realistic but very difficult (but not impossible) to accomplish.

When I have kids, I want to make sure, that they and their kids in the future can still live in a healthy planet. Because I don't know what's gonna happen in the next decade or the next century after today...

  81. Hello Bro. Bo,

Well, what I'm going to share has been my unrealistic dream for a few years now. And this is to be able to compile my own compositions of praise and worship songs, have them arranged by the most gifted musical arrangers, to be interpreted by the best singers who have passion for loving God. I'm going to have them recorded and create my own cd. Then I will release it in the market for people to enjoy and get closer to God. Once that happened, part of my unrealistic dream is to be on the ranks of Don Moen, etc. in terms of excellence in writing Gospel music and my songs will be sang in the Churches, community gatherings, in the radio. My songs will be played side by side with "Amazing Grace" and I will win a Grammy Award for it. Then, I will have a chance to meet all my favourite composers and singers in the world . And I will give honor to God and our country. Of course, I'll be very rich by then and I will follow your footstep of giving back to God and the poor the financial blessings that God has given me.Then, I will also discover and develop more filipino talented songwriters and singers who have passion to love God through their musical talents. Quite unrealistic but it can happen like what you said.

Thanks for the inspiration Bo and God bless!

  82. 1. My greatest dream is to be a preacher....just like Mr. Bo I am eager to communicate God's love as well.
    2. When I reach 50 years old I want to serve the Lord full time...meaning I'll leave my family, my work , my life in general.. I'll go to poor countries and places and I'll offer my service in whatever ways to the needy ....but of course if my husband wants to join me it will be more fun.
3.I want to raise my kid well...you know its kinda hard nowadays

  85. Dear Bro. Bo,

Thank you so much for inspiring us to dream big and achieve big things in life for the glory of the Lord.I reaaly like your idea of writing down dreams. After writing this,I will also write my unrealistic dreams in my novena and believe that God will do wonders and make all my dreams happen. With God,nothing is impossible. Here are my unrealistic dreams:

    1. My lung disease will disappear and will not be a hindrance in continuing my new job( I believe God has already fulfilled this dream)
    2. Our 2 daugthersand my mother who were left in the Philippines can be with us next year.
    3. I can find a permanent teaching job in Canada or other country and we can migrate and live happily and peacefully there. This will happen next year.
    4. I can pay all our depts within 3 months starting next month
    5. I will serve the Lord in the way He wants me to serve Him.
6.My husband will continue serving the Lord no matter what the circumstances in his life are.
    7. My children will grow up to be God-loving individuals.

I believe all these dreams will happen because according to John 15:7 " If you remain in me and my words remain in you,ask whatever you want and it will be done for you."

God Bless you always Bro. Bo.

  89. I also believe in dreaming BIG. My biggest dream is to PUT AN END TO POVERTY. My professor told me that I must have been reincarnated 25 times already... ha ha ha.

But I agree with you, fulfilling a dream that big seems impossible. But like what you said, in God nothing is impossible.

God called me to my work here in Mindanao. Like you, I am also aiming for that one million poor families or even more. I hope we can meet one day and join forces. I work with several other people with the same dream and an army of young men and women working in the rural areas of Mindanao who transform this dream into reality every single day.

Let's keep on dreaming and working!

  92. when i was in college, my instructor at interpersonal communication asked us to make our dreambook and list 10 big dreams that we wish to achieve. i made a "dream film" (because everyone else was making a book) and unfortunately, i have lost track of what they were. :(
you were right when you said it's easier to make an unrealistic dream happen because of the drive it gives you to make it possible. three years ago, i dreamt of working to/in korea and well...although i havent really been to that country, im actually working with a full-korean environment. it's as if the universe conspires with you to make an impossible happen.
every new year's eve, i make a resolution (yes, only one) and i have a year to make that happen. i guess that could also be a sort-of short-term 'dreams' and somehow i become a better person after that (btw, this year, i said to myself that i would focus on improving my 'frustrated' skill (since computer was invented) and that is in digital arts/design. sometimes it feels akward that at this age im still an amateur (compared to students nowadays who have this in their curriculum as early as grade school) but the heck, it's my dream, not theirs! :) )
i have another dream for myself...the next time i fall and stay in love, he has to be my mr.right (ive just read that otl book. thanks). after a series of pathetic one-sided flings, im tired! so to spare myself from another emotional torture, im gathering all the strength to keep me steady. so far, im doing ok. god is good, he is always with me. ^^

  100. Ei Bro Bo,
Thank you very much for another wisdom-filled newsletter. About these unrealistic dream, just this morning during my ride to work, I was ecstatic while imagining myself working in large PT/OT rehabilatation facility inside a huge hospital in the US. Me being the head of the department handling different cases from pediatrics to geriatrics and the same time evangelizing them with the word of God. Telling and sharing to all of my patients and co-workers about the happiest place on earth - The Feast, and making each and everyone of them experience God's love, compassion and mercy. I also want to have and maintain a very healthy lifestyle with discipline in my eating and sleeping habits, be free of negative stress, learn that I cannot change imperfection instead it's my disposition that i want to be changed and of course to lower the HBsag count slowly but surely thru KRG med so that I will be fully healed -every limb, organ and cell of my system. All in God's grace... GOD BLESS everyone!!!

  101. Thank you Bro Bo for your new ideas and motivation for us and inspiring us to use our God given talents.

The real dream i have in my heart, aside from the salvation of my loved ones (which is God's desire as well):

1.) To begin a ministry or at least contribute to those who will begin one for the TAONG GRASAs and the street children taking rugby in Metro Manila initially...

2.) To create more awareness of the free support groups for the drug/chemical/alcohol dependents or any kind of addictions, and also for those who are from broken or dysfunctional families, so that they may find more support to recover.
(I have learned alot in supporting my loved one in Narcotics / Alcoholic Anonymous , and I am helped so much in Co-dependents Anonymous and counselling in CEFAM in Ateneo)

    3) To create more awareness and contribute to the needs of those in jail... (most of them cannot afford to bail themselves out, so padre de pamilyas have no way to earn for their family, consequently the children are the most who suffer) - i have seen first hand how way below the standards are in our local jails due to low budget. I am talking about those who are 'accused' and not yet judged 'guilty' and still on going trials. Many of them are from provinces and cannot afford to buy soap etc unless they have relatives who visit regularly.

Brothers and Sisters, kindly include them in your intentions please. Only the Lord knows their hearts and may the Lord send more laborers to the harvest for them. IN JESUS NAME, AMEN!

Thank you for letting me share

  104. Hi Bo,

I\'ve attended several seminars you were giving with some of your dream team.

When I was a young girl around 9 or ten years old I used to day dream a lot without even realizing the awesome power it has. When I was sad and lonely I would retreat into my room and daydream about the future about the things I would like to happen to me. After daydreaming I was renewed and I feel so happy I didn\'t know why then but now I do understand. Daydreaming was literaly my refuge.

Good thing is all of the things I daydream when I was young all happened to me now. Sad thing is after I got married because my dreams manifested I am so happy and contented with my life my husband my children I, career ect, etc. forgot to dream anymore. I kinda stopped daydreaming for a long time.

Now after your seminars and the many books I\'ve read about it, I am dreaming again and I\'m 49 years old. This time my dream is when I meet God at his appointed time He will greet me with a smile, embrace me and say come child into the place I have prepared for you in my kingdom and he will wipe away all the tears in my eyes and say, the things I promised you I now deliver because you remained in me and loved me in your earthly lifetime through the people around you inspite of............

    Cheers, Cristy

    Hi Bo

I've always encountered people thanking God when their dreams come true. We always say "God is good" when we receive something that we want or dream. What if God has other plans or dreams for us. And most of the time we call those "episodes" in our lives "failures", because they're not what we wanted to happen or dreamt about. Maybe God is telling something to us why we encounter those failures and I guess receiving these "failures" are something that we should be thankful also. Thanked God that He "killed" my dream because He has a better dream for me.

    Peace Bro

    Hi Bo,

Don't want to sound grouchy but I've always notice that most people always wanted to be God's "instrument" to help other people. Most people dream of being "somebody" (e.g. CEO of a multinational company, trillionaire, president of a country, pope, most renowned preacher, etc.) so they can help the less privileged. Can't we just dream simply and help the less privileged without being "greatly privileged". Help others in any condition we are into. Ever heard of "messianic complex".

    Peace Bro

  119. hi bo, thanks for reminding me to dream this was taught to us before in our community but somewhere along the way i lost it... thank you for awakening the potential in me to DREAM and live that dream...

    a. i dream of becoming a supportive and loving wife to my husband and mother to my kids. To have a gentle, kind and loving husband. Emotionally mature, financially secure and love God more than he love's himself.

    b. i dream of immigrating and workign abroad and hold a normal working hours of 8-5, and having a balance between work, family, community and service. Having my own house and car and my mom to live with us.

    c. and although i know we only have to write 2 dreams i am writing my third one as well: i dream of building my own prep school to help support my family and that i may be able to care for my children better.

May God continue to bless all our dreams as He turn them to reality!

  120. Hello, Bro. Bo!

I've already started writing my big dreams though not with the fullest details yet because of time constraint. But they're all so clear in my heart, and that they fill me with excitement each time i think about them or partly share them with others...

Though i failed in the bar exams i just took for the first time last year, i realize that i'm not discouraged in pursuing my dream of having a law firm of my own with advocacy and project involvements in child protection and development, among other dreams..

oh, how i pity the poor little tots of impoverished parents/families! since i work in our city social welfare office,(though im no social work graduate) i really want to help them through and through...till they are capacitated and free from their bondage. and we all know that after the paliatives of giving food assistance, etc.-- to truly take them out from their miserable conditions is a COMPLICATED thing...so this dream of mine which likewise grows branches like having school for kids with holistic programs for development and at the same time encourage my renewal community to join me in my dream of providing sustainable livelihood to our members and reach out to capability building projects for the poor in our localiy....and still, i have more dreams...pls pray that the Lord will bless me by sustaining the fire within me and lead me to where He commissioned me..

thank you always, and God bless you, your, family and your community as your keep realizing your big and wonderful dreams!

  124. Hello Bo,

i know that most of us has a dream in our life that we have been struggling to achieve. but still i dont deny the fact that there are some of us who are still uncertain on what direction to take in this life, nor has any dream to hold on to.

A few days before my graduation (that was just last year), all graduating students were asked to write our dreams in a piece of paper to be placed inside a jar and then to be buried in the ground. when i had the piece of paper and pen with me, i was very much confuse on what to write in their, i then realized that i had no dream of my own, i cant think of what to write because i didnt know of what i would like to be when i grow older. perhaps i had my own dream but i was under the pressure and dictate of my parents. i never had any chance to achieve my own desires in life nor could i imagine what would i be 10 years from now. but before i scramble the paper and just threw it away, i thought of something more important than any dreams in this world. you know what i wrote in there??
i dream of knowing more about God each and everyday and loving Him as much as i can. ive always wanted to serve God even in my own little ways. and i didnt fail in that dream because i always see myself telling others (especially the depressed and frustrated) how GREAT the LORD is, how HE affected my life during the crucial moments. the GREATEST dream for me now is to be with God in heaven at the end of my life, and to have a HAPPY FAMILY of my own someday. i know that if i place God at the center of my life coupled with hardwork and determination nothing is impossible to happen. i still can remember that during my graduation, someone told us that OUR FUTURE is GOD's GIFT to us, so before i reached my star i know that by reaching first the CREATOR of the universe, everything will turn for the better for GOD is in control. :-)

  125. i dream of being with GOD someday in His kingdom. that's the first in my list, second, i dream of alleviating my family condition such as giving them of their needs and wants, third, i would also like to help the needy or the poor so i would like to go to places which are very remote just to give them food and other basic needs, i think that is something which cannot be priced by anything in this world, because the feeling that is brought by giving is beyond the wealth this world can give, and of course i would like to have a great and happy family someday, with loving spouse and obedient kids. God is good! May God bless us all!

  128. Hi Bo,

I am a proud servant of our community Singles for Family Formation. From this community all started a dream that God wants me to fulfill that is into mission work. Once I had an experience of attending one of your concerts at the Meralco Theater. Again I was totally inspired by all the speakers, reminding me that God wanted me to do His will. Right now I am into a step by step of fulfilling my dream of being a mission worker.

Bo thanks for publishing Didache my every morning partner in my prayer time, in publishing Kerygma and your books where I learned so many things ....God bless you Sir Bo...May you be bless more of good health so that you'll continually be a blessing to us.

  140. Let me share this poem that has been my inspiration in Dreaming Big!

    "Words of Wisdom"
    by Collin McCarty

You're good, but you're going to be great
You're the best, but you're going to be better
Sometimes the paths we take are long and hard, but remember: these are always the ones that lead to the most beautiful views
Challenges come along, inevitably; how you respond to them determines who you are - deep down inside - and everything you're going to be
Increase the chances of reaching your goals by working on them gradually
The very best that you can do is all that is asked of you
Realize that you are capable of working miracles of your own making
Remember that opportunities have a reason for knocking on your door, and the right ones are there for the taking
You don't always have to win, but you do need to know what it takes to be a winner
It's up to you tofind the key that unlocks the door to a more fulfilling life
Understand that increased difficulty brings you nearer to the truth of how to survive it - and get beyond it
    Cross your bridges
    Meet your challenges
Reach out for your dreams, and bring them closer and closer to your heart
Get rid of the "if only's," and get on with whatever you need to do to get things right
Go after what you want in life, with all the blessings of all the people who care about you
And find out what making your wishes come true really feels like......

  149. Hi Bro. Bo,

That was so inspiring. I have so many unrealistic dreams but here's two of them.

One of my two unrealistic dreams is to build a "company" that would help the poor in the Philippines and other third world countries so that they may be able to have a livelihood and prosper in their own lives. It will become a chain of prosperity as each will prosper and bless other people.

Another dream of mine is to find the Christian man that God wants me to marry, if that is His will. If not, I will be very glad serving the many, especially my aging parents, through a single blessed life.

GOD bless you always! Thank you for those messages. You are truly sent by God!

    Hi Bo,

From what my friends above and (consequently) below with dreams have said, I would, therefore, say that my dreams would be:

    Nobody will dream of becoming rich, because everything is free;
    Nobody will dream of helping the less privileged, because everybody is equally privileged;
    Nobody will dream to be the greatest doctor, because there's no sickness;
    Nobody will dream of having an orphanage, because everybody has a family;
    Nobody will dream to be a successful person, because there are no losers;
    Nobody will dream of world peace, because there's no reason to fight for something;
    Nobody will dream "unrealistically", because everything can be achieve effortlessly;
Nobody will dream to aspire for something, because everything is at hand.

    Peace Bro

First, i wanna thank you Bo for brightening up my day today. it's been quite difficult these past months and your writings made me believe in myself when i seem to give up on my dreams. i have always dreamed of working in a non profit organization. sure, it's quite realistic for most but for a person who dreams of going abroad and earn big in New york uhm well, working for a low key job as that is just out of the question. i want to put up a charitable institution for kids who were left abandoned by their parents because i can greatly relate to that. not that i was abandoned by my parents, but it was i who is guilty of this. i have done a graver sin than just abandoning someone which has been haunting for a long time already. and i hope that one day i can make up for that sin that i made a long a time ago. you are a blessing to a lot of people. mizpah!

    Dear Bo,

Thank you for your faith strengthening mission. I'm truly blessed everytime I read your articles.

I'm turning 51 next month and I've never stopped dreaming for what I believe are good things for my life, for my family and for others.

I want to share 2 of my big dreams in life:

    1. I dream that my whole family will be serving GOD, loving and knowing Him. Right now, I and my daughter serve in charismatic communities - I in the Spirit of Love Catholic Covenanted Community and my daughter Belynda in your very own LOJ, singing in the choir every Sunday. This is already quite a big blessing for us. I wish our entire family and all generations to come will have the same opportunity to grow in our spiritual life, bear fruit and bless many others.

    2. I dream that we will have a flourishing family business which will stand steady from generation to generation - a business that will deal with printing and publications that will evangelize and inspire people throughout the whole world. This is my dream because we have been given gifts in writing and the arts. Mastering the business and having the right amount of capital are my prayers. God willing, we will have all what it takes to succeed and bear fruit in this endeavour.

All of my dreams I lift up to GOD in JESUS' Name. Amen. Mama Mary, pray for us.

  175. Hi Brother Bo,

I've always thought that being a teacher was an unrealistic dream for me. But God has been good. Now I'm living my crazy dream! It hasn't been a bed of roses - at times, I'd even think that choosing to be a teacher is like grabbing the biggest stone I can find to pound my head with, but even so, I don't doubt that teaching is my vocation so I try to love my students as best as I could.

Now on to my "unrealistic" dreams. Lately I have this crazy idea to be the first filipino to open a tuition centre in Singapore that's dedicated to helping Filipino students who find it difficult to adjust to the system of education here. As of now, I lack the funding to open my own business but I continue to pray that God will bless me with people who would share the same vision.

Another dream of mine is opening a school for the poor in the Philippines. I want it to be a privately-funded school where poor students would not have to pay money. Instead, their parents can offer any kind of service they can give to the school so the school can be maintained on a very small budget. I do not know how I can make this happen but this is one of my dreams in the making. :)

  178. Hi, Bo.
My first unrealistic dream is to improve the quality of our educational system by training teachers to make education be more meaningful and practical. I want to learn how to be a good speaker and trainer of teachers. I see the need that we have to improve on the quality of our education and teaching strategies to equip our people with the skills, discipline and values, not only to cope in life but to make their life more comfortable and happy. :)
My second unrealistic dream is to be able to sing beautifully in front of a lot of people. I'm gradually learning how to overcome my shyness but I know I'm still a long way to go. :)
I really appreciate everything that you write. I'm lucky to have accidentally bought one of your books and found my way to your website. I'm learning a lot. Thanks, Bo. :)

  179. Hello Bro. Bo! This may already be late as I was only reading all my old emails now. But I wanted to share my big dreams which look so unrealistic til now. I want to pay all my mom's debts amounting to more than a million pesos, buy her a condo in manila, build her a house in the province, travel with her to different countries (show her the world). I would also like to put up a tutorial school for free for children who have difficulty in school like in reading and writing.
Thanks Bro for being an inspiration to all of us!

  181. Hi Bo,

I've been reading through your blog this year and I was inspired and touched by your articles. Thank your for sharing your talent to help and inspire others and of course to give glory to God, our God.

This article struck me because I am currently confused on what I\'m going to do with my life. Been working for more than a year but it seems that I\'m not that fulfilled with my job. This led me to the realization that I\'m not that passionate in what I do. My passion lies in the arts -- specifically photography and design. I have always been interested in design and I used to do it in college for my orgs. Photography came in around 2.5 years ago but it really struck me. I stopped for a while but the passion has not waned. It just grows! Now, this is part of my biggest dreams! I dream to become one of the top notch woman photographers around not just to be able to do what I love and share my talents, but to be able to serve as an inspiration to my family, friends, my subjects, my co workers or co photographers designers and artists, and those who also have talents to use it to help others as well. My current job may not be related to this at all but I don\'t want to give up on my dream. I just pray for guidance and grace from our God to bring me through it. I want to become a pro, not just to earn money but for me to be able to help other photographers as well. I pray that my Parents will support me. I want to show the world what a Filipina photographer can do, but still remain humble despite the achievements . I dream to be one of the most promising and inspiring young photographers around. By achieving this dream, I will be able to help not just my friends, but those who want to pursue it as a career as well. I may still be in the learning stage but this is a dream I will hold on to. :) I just pray that my talent and passion in photography will keep on growing and manifest itself in my works. If I do what I love, the money will just follow. :) I also dream that I\'ll be a good graphic designer because this can complement my photography in way. I dream to become rich by doing what I love, and in return, I will be able to share my blessings to my family, friends, colleagues, and all those who might need my help. By the way, I also made my dreambook =) To God be the glory. :)

Thanks again for this very inspiring article.

    hi bo!

I've just signed up at kerygmafamily.com. I have been looking for ways on how to get connected with your group. I have always loved your articles ever since I was in highschool. It took me a while to join.

You see bo, I am 23 now, I have lots of dreams that I would love to accomplish, some were just made because of my family's needs (financial) and some are really my heart's desire. I couldn't just do these dreams (the ones that I desire) since i have to attend to my family's needs (like i have to help my father in other expenses) since my sister just graduated from college (BS Nursing) and my brother is still in college, and I love doing it Bo. It makes me happy seing them happy, like when I give my mother some money for a weekly budget. I love it when she smiles. Ok, maybe your getting confuse of these dreams..ok, I will be specific

Dreams that were created because of my family's needs (financially):

    As a BS Psychology graduate:

I am an HR Assistant of a certain company..when I had my first job being an HR Bo, i didn't like it..I mean, when it comes to work well, I pretty did my best, but there's no satisfaction. I don't feel anything. It was like a routinary one..I find it boring..until i made a decision to resign, thinking that I would be able to find my happiness if I resign..but I was wrong Bo..I was jumping from one job to another..I had 3 jobs after my first one..and now, here I am again..an HR assistant..feeling the same sentiments I had during my first employment..I am not happy..but I had to do this Bo, or else I would not be able to help my family...

    My dreams...My heart's desire:

Well, I've always wanted to write..and to preach..like you do Bo. I was active with some religious organizations during highschool and college..and I love talking to everybody..and I love writing.. I love to sing too..actually I won grandslam for a song writing composition every youth day (yearly) during college...I just love every single of it..Those were the happiest times of my life...

Could you please help me on this Bo? I badly need help..hope you will be able to read this...I haven't gone to your talks you hold here in Cebu..I'd love to meet in you person..and have a small talk with you..thank you so much!!

    Believing in you,

    Ana Lou V.

  190. I am new subcriber of this site but from the very 1st day I've found (because I really searched your name) your site I can't help reading your hearth warming and inspiring blogs. And today I can't help to leave a comment.

    Heres my dreams;

    1. To inspire, lead and guide my three kids to become God's servant. ( I mean I prayed everyday of my life that they become, my eldest ( a priest ) my second ( like you Bro. Bo) and my little girl ( a nun and an advocate of Mama Mary).

    2. To have our foundation for the poorest among the poor. And my whole family a full time servant of God.

I wrote it as our Mission/Vision that: We are created with a Purpose, given life because of His Great Love and will live to serve Him for His greater Glory...

Me and my husband are doing our best to lead and give light to our children with God's blessing that our dream will come true.

Also we have a desire to join your kerygma family... but for the time being we give our Tithe to Carmelite Monastery here in Cebu.

I hope you will pray for us Bro. Bo and we include you in our prayers that you will be in good health in body and spirit to continue your call in saving souls.

  199. hi bo,
thanks sa article, thru it.. i realized that ..one can really make an unrealistic dream..realisitic..

God loves me, and i know he's making my dreams
( although not all..but most of it) come true for a purpose. And because of this.. i never stop dreaming. :) even if how small the chance of making it real.

These are some of my dreams listed in my dreamlist.

    1. i'm 30, and before I reach 36. my husband and I will be able to help atleast 6 of our relatives go to school and finish college. We'll also help them find a good job so that in return they can help us help our other financially deficient relatives or their own family send their children to school.
    2. that within 6 years span of time, i dreamt of investing my earned P6 millions ( of course, i don't have that amount yet but that figure is included in my unrenounced dreams..hehehe) in real estate, agriculture, fashion boutique, food and beverage businesses so that before i reach the age of 40, i will have more than P16 million to help my family and relatives start their own business so they can sustain their own needs and become more financially independent.
    3. That within 16 years, before i reach 46. i wanted to build a health center equipped with services in PT and behavior Rehablitation, pharmacy, nursing, livelihood programs (teaching people how to make, sell products.. earn, save and invest money), health and well being maintenance and disease prevention, mother's classes and a preschool ( and i wanted to see my self teaching children effectively). and i dream of building the health center in a farm. I will finance in putting up the building..but i wanted that the health center be manned by skilled and willing volunteers. to sustain the center's finances i dream that the monetary help will be coming from me and other benevolent "willing"individuals, and that..those who will benefit the services will be mostly farmers and also all those who are entirely in need and financially unable.. both well and ill. i also dream that my husband and i will help farmers build their own "cooperative".
    4. that within 6 years span of time, i wanted to finish my masters of nursing major in public health. to enroll and finish early childhood education course. finish a short term course in fashion design and culinary arts.

:).. my dreams are endless Bo..:) and everytime I think of it, those listed hopes envigorate me.

one more... i dream that your website... this artcle and all of the messages including mine, will be kept published for 20 or more or endless years..so that after 16 years..i'll be able to evaluate how did my unrealistic dreams...realized!:)

    More Power Bo!
