Do Not Complicate Your Life

“Excuse me, where is the Trinity?”

I was walking in the lobby of St. Luke’s hospital in Quezon City when this man came up and hit me with this very deep question.

He looked very confused. My guess was that he recognized me from my TV show or my books and decided to ask me a spiritual question. So I gave him my best shot. I dug deep into my theology and said, “The Trinity is all around us. The Trinity is within you. The Father, Son, and Holy Spirit are one…”

His face looked even more puzzled, so I tried even harder. “I know this is difficult to understand, but there are three persons in one God…” I explained. “Think of fire. The flame, the light, and the heat are separate things yet they’re one. Just like the Trinity.” Believe me, I was mesmerized by my own intelligence.

That was when he interrupted my brilliant answer and said, “Uh, that’s great, but uh… I just want to know where the Holy Trinity School is?”

“Oh…,” I turned red as a tomato and said, “Go right at E. Rodriguez and you’ll see it in 5 minutes…” He thanked me and left in a huff. Probably to get away as fast as he can from the religious kook he was talking to.

Would you believe? I was explaining the Dogma of the Trinity to a man who simply needed simple directions.

I’ve learned my lesson never to complicate my life more than I should.

What People Really Need

This is the story of my preaching and writing ministry.

I’ve long learned that people are desperate for simple directions.

How to build a loving family.

How to earn money in a godly way.

How to raise a child well.

How to be healthy.

How to serve the poor.

How to be happy.

Sometimes, I tried complicating my messages for the vain purpose of impressing my audience.

Not anymore.

I just want to help people.

So I’ll continue to preach and write the way I do.

My messages will remain simple directions.

It won’t impress anyone.

But it will help lots of people.

I’ve Also Learned To Follow Simple Directions

In one sense, I live a very complicated life.

I lead 4 huge ministries and run 7 small businesses.

Believe me, saying that in one tiny line doesn’t give justice to the universe of work I do. That single line means I preach on Radio, TV, and the web. I also speak 300 times a year, write 80 articles and 3 books a year. I work for the poorest of the poor in fantastic ministries.

I also buy real estate, invest in stocks, and create new businesses every time I get the itch.

And I have to balance all that with raising two wonderful boys, romancing my lovely wife, exercising one hour a day, eating water-rich food, and tightening my relationship with God.

But in another sense, I live a very simple life.

Because I follow simple directions.

If you’ve been reading this Soulfood Ezine regularly, you would know some of them already: Forgive. Smile. Serve. Share. Love…

If you want to be successful, follow simple directions.

May your dreams come true,

Bo Sanchez

  2. Hi Bo. Super tama ka. At the end of the day, we only hope, wish & pray for the really important stuff - family, health, service, spirituality. These are the things that truly matter. There are times when we all busy ourselves with things we think are more important like success in our jobs, getting ahead of the game and image. But at the end of it all, it's our family, our ability to provide well in a godly way, to raise God fearing and courageous children, live a healthy life, be of service to others, to be happy and thankful with God's blessings are what will complete our life. God bless you Bo and thank you for the constant inspiring words. I look forward to them all the time!

  3. Nice message po tito Bo.

For so many times in my life, I've always been trying to do things in a more complicated way only to find out that, in the end, the simplest way would yield the same outcome.

The "BEST" isn't always synonymous to "complicated".

Minsan sa buhay natin iniisip nating napakahirap na talaga. Minsan ang Diyos ang nasisisi. 'Di natin naiisip na tayo lang pala ang nagpapahirap sa sarili natin.

God doesn't want us to suffer or have a hard time living. If He does, He could not have sent His Son to save us.

Thanks for the realizations tito Bo! :-)

  5. Hi Bro. Bo!

I really got interested for the story coz I am familiar of that scoll already so I expect you to answer the last one (the direction) but I know dahil sa sincerity nyo pong makatulong more than pa sa tinatanong nya ang binigay nyong sagot which I think that's from God directly and kayo po ang naging instrument nya. With regard to that man, I know di lang po sya natulungan ninyo with the simple sketch going to Trinity School but then you nourished his soul! Keep up your good work bro bo!

God bless and more wisdom to share!

  6. Hi Bro Bo,

Thanks again Bro Bo. Tama ka talaga! as in tayo lang ang nagbibigay ng problema sa sarili natin. We make things very complicated and at the end of day it is us who suffers diba.

    God Bless you.

  7. As i read, i knew what the guy is asking after knowing the location you were both in (giggles) So your answer is really SUPER AMAZING, hehehe!

But it is not a wrong answer either bcuz the guy is asking for DIRECTIONS. The only right direction we need in life is the TRINITY, for without God in someone's life....a person will just wander in this journey called life.

    Keep up your zealousness, Bro!

  9. hi brother bo,

i was laughing when i read this story...i can imagine your facial expression if you were in front of me doing a talk just like when i attended some of your retreats in tagaytay....it was so funny that you were trying to complicate the questionof that person who was just asking about the directions going to "trinity."...hehehehe....

anyways, i agree that most of the times we just try to complicate things and worry things that shoudn't be....i guess it's just a matter of believing in yourself and faith in God....sometimes hard to do but if we at least try, things will be easier.....

    more power brother bo!

  10. Hi Bro Bo,

Thanks you again for the inspiring message. Plese continue to send more, to nourish us more with your spiritual message.

Yes, I agree with you, don't complicate our lives with so many things in life, simplicity is the best.

God bless you and your family.

  11. Thanks for the very inspiring message, Brother Bo.

True, most of the time we find ourselves stressed out because we feel eaten up by the demands of everyday life; maintaining relationships, performing well in our jobs, living a Christian life, trying to keep healthy, etc...

Life does not come with a little instruction book but that is simply because the rules are rather easy to follow. For me these are:

    1. laugh (like there is no tomorrow)
    2. help (others, the best way you can)
    3. work (with dignity and pride)
    4. pray (and humble yourself to God)
    5. love (even when it's difficult)

All the best to you Brother Bo!

By the way, you advice is sensible. In order to be successful, you have to follow simple direction. It can be applied to school or work place. Thanks, Bo.

  15. Hi brother Bo! i agreed with your thoughts and opinions that we have to simplify our lifestyle in order to reach whaetver dreams we have... because nothing else matter or whatever it is or where ever it is nor how hard it is, we can easily get through if we simplify the things that we want to be..

    Hi Bo!

Ha ha ha! You really give me a good laugh inside. Matagal na ring di ako nakatawa ng malakas sa loob. I mean you cant see my mouth wide open or hear a bomb of my voice. Kasi nga sa loob lang yun. I just completted a seminar of which one of the topics is THE HOLY TRINITY. So I felt very connected and excited about it when oppsss.....laugh laugh laugh.... Sa loob2 ko, ang galing ng explanation nyo? It gives me additional knowledge.

But kidding aside, you are right, and I used to complicate things in my life that is why I missed happiness for a very long time. But thanks God, cause Im happy now living simply serving God in my own little way. And I believe that I am on the right trail. Thanks to God for using you. Thanks to your talks.

But one thing more, totoo ba talaga ang nangyari? Or charrr lang.... Regards to your family. And God bless to all your endeavors...

  18. Thanks again, Bro. Bo. Kudos for advocating simplicity! Godspeed. :)

  19. oo nga naman, why do most of us make things complicated? when we can actually make it very simple.

and i agree when you mentioned the simple directions we can all follow. i tried 'smile' all the time whenever i'm facing difficulty, it really works, and eventhough i don't really do the usual way of praying, i never forget to give my thanks to Him, when i bath, when i text, when i eat, before going to sleep...

God is so good, let's celebrate Him. Amen.

  20. It's true that oftentimes we complicate life because we always try to impress others or think what will others say to us for every action we do....without realizing that at the end of the day those persons whom we thought of impressing are not bothered(bovvered) at all.Hindi pa naman huli ang lahat para magising sa kahibangan nating ito.
    Cheers!

  21. hi bro bo, this is one very funny article! i can't stop laughing imagining the guy running away as fast as he could, for he might hear more overwhelming answers from you! ha ha.
really, life should just be lived one day @ a time. Jesus said, " don't worry for tomorrow for it will take care of its own. enough for the day sufficeth...man of little faith..."
happiness is simplifying your life's needs and desires so in such way, there's more room for God to grow in one's soul. man's business in this world is to save his own soul, nobody else can do it for him. only two destinations, heaven or hell. which way would one choose?
one thing for sure. the guy reached trinity school for following simple directions! a simplified life!
thanks again for this amusing article.
    may God inspire you more.
God bless you and your family.

  25. Hi Sir Bo,

    Nice Message.

We indeed make life so complicated that's way we make mistakes but after realizing what we have done we can learn from it and avoid doing it all over again... we need to stop and think again maybe the solution in life is so simple even a child can solve it. We must always remember " Complication leads to problem. Live smart, live healthy and always smile.

  26. I was been an avid reader of Brod. Bo since i was in College. It was several times i attended the feast and joined the kerygma forum. It helped me a lot. It gave me a pogi points to God. He uplifted my spirit. I read the daily soulfood and it nourished me. It makes me a better Christian.

But for a quite sometimes.... I sometimes asked God why these terrible things happened to me? to my family? in our society? Yes! A big Yes... COMPLICATION leads to PROBLEM.... why should we get worried and upset? bakit nating ginagawang problema ang problema... bakit ang isang bagay ay nagiging kumplikado? Sabi ng iba LIVE SMART, LIVE HEALTHY and ALWAYS SMILE....

I insisted to apply this to myself but how can I? the moment I'm typing my comment... i really feel terribly...(I'm sori brod & sis.. I'm sori brod. Bo)... i just can't confide this to anybody .. to my colleagues... to my family.. to my partner and to anyone na nakakasalamuha ko araw-araw...

How can I live smart, live healthy and wear a pretty smile... if this huge problem in my mind and in my hear is a big barrier para magawa kong hindi maging kumplikado ang lahat ng bagay....

My father is sick... I send my four siblings in school...my salary is insufficent to provide the needs of my family due to my credits... company loan... bank loan.. etc...etc... lahat yata ng pwdeng mapagloanan ay niloanan ko na.. kaya wala nang natitira sa sahod ko kundi payslip nalang...

How can i make my simple life to not complicate? I hate myself kasi hindi ko maovercome ang problemang eto.... I hate my parents kasi ni hindi nila naisip ang pag-aanak ng marami ay magiging kumplikado pagdating ng araw na ako ngayon ang nagssuffer... I asked God.. why He allows to make it happen? what is my biggest mistakes why I need to suffer? Until when is this huge mountain in my shoulder? Until when?

Eversince I never say NO to HIS WILL... I became a good servant but why this happen?

  33. You are right. No matter what you do or how good you do there are always some people not contented with what you do. So as mother Teresa said we do it anyways because at the end it is only God we have to please. I always believe that no matter what your position in life is there are always someone greater and lesser persons than yourself. It is a fact of life, God gave us different talents. I know you offer God all the glory you receive. God bless you.

  34. This is a simple mistake on our part but this will be the character of a person when he don't listen and internalized things before speaking words in his mouth (Im not saying ganun si Bro. Bo.) Im talking in general coz I myself is guilty of this simplicity. We treated things complicated by trying to impress people and making your world complicated and competitive trying to prove that we are intelligent and above on the other human creatures hehehe...Yun pala napaka simple ng buhay..Thanks for reminding us....

    ReplyDelete
  35. a funny story but you gave your best shot to that man and he got two "directions" from you, one spiritually.

congratulations for giving this kind of inspirations to all and i am always looking forward to all your new inspirational and so uplifting topics.

don't you know that your topic came on the right moment when i am so depressed? got no one to turn too and no one to talk to about my life which is so complicated. the pain is so much too bear, yet these pain makes me stronger and makes me go nearer to God and reaching out for Him. we make our own life and we ask God to guide us however if we don't listen to His words of wisdom the life we make will become complicated. so complicated that we can't do anything in the future to change it and we realize that it is too late to go back. people tend to dwell in the past thinking that it is the best way to deal with life ... and how you wish that the future is the past just to escape your complicated life. and how can you start a new simple life when everyday you are haunted by that past?

I know God is around watching, never leave us behind and still guiding and leading us to a very simple yet holy life. He is testing us how are we going to react to His plan and i know He will not give us this situation if there is no solution. "There is no problem so BIG that God cannot solve it."

God gave us sometimes reminder that we alone cannot solve our own problem, He wants us to share them to Him.

Thanks Bro. Bo, you are heaven sent ! Your topic all the time ease our " heavy baggage in life" and after reading them we feel relieve and lifted our spirit high, that there is still room for a better simple life.

    God Bless you.

  40. Dear Bo,
Life is really interesting is it? A simple question was answered complicatedly that is how we adults handled this. But if the same question were to be ask to a child it would have been answered the way it should simple.
Simplicity need not be impressive because it has it own wonder and beauty.
To see and live this life in it's natural simplicity is a gift
not everyone can accomplished because we see it from a prespective that has many twist and curves like labyrinth.
A labyrinth is actually not that complicated only if you understand the principle behind it, the way in is also the way out, you need to discover the center of the labyrinth for you to go out, very simple only when undertand what need to be understood you have the gift to show us the the way out from complexity to simplicity. Thank you very much keep up the good work. And God Bless you and your Family.

  43. HI! Another inspiring blog! As I was reading the article it seems as though everything was so simple. Oh yes, Forgive, smile, share, love...what was that again? Forgive??? I guess for me that isn't so simple. My biggest difficulty in life is to forgive (and especially forget) when I get hurt too much. I'm trying my best I guess to learn to forgive sincerely. I just don't know when I'm truly gonna learn. I guess I have to try harder.

  54. Hi Bo! This is what actually drew me to reading more of your books and listening to you: you don't preach complicated things. You remind us more of what is already there, yet we do not realize or understand. You go straight to the point and put them in simple, comprehensible and short phrases.

God bless you always so that you'll never stop blessing others. :D

    ReplyDelete
  55. I agree. Let's not complicate life. We have to get back to the basics of life. If we can answer this question in a very positive way, then we are in the right direction: How well is your relationship with yourself, others and God?

It may not be as mind-boggling as the dogma of the Holy Trinity. But when our journey on earth ends, God will surely ask this question. Are you afraid to answer this question? I hope not........ We still have the chance to make up and shape up. God Bless!

hi! you're fortunate for it's " better to give than to receive ". not everyone can be approved for a loan, so you're still lucky! once your siblings are all professional, then you will be reaping the fruits of your labor. or kahit makalimutan ka man, i hope not, wouldn't you be happy to see them all successful? most of all, you'll make your dad the happiest dad! God bless those who take care of their parents in their old age in any way they can..." everything they do will prosper " ! so cheer up and look forward to the future!

  58. hi sis bituon nga mahayag, sis jane & sis july 1962....

thank you very much for the inspiring words from you guys.. as of this moment, i feel i am not alone... you've been there to uplift my spirit and continue hoping and gave me a full of strength, faith and courage to fight this battle....

as what i am going thru these days i have nobody to confide or a shoulder to lean on... even to my boyfriend its hard for me to open-up the problems that i have right now.... i'm a type of person na mababaw ang luha... i will just cry it instead of saying words.. and that is the thing na ayaw niya sakin... kaya instead of discussing it to him...sinasarili ko na lang....

when I was just a little girl until I grew up it was my habit to dropped by in the church and offer a simple prayer… I always cling up to him and leave all my discernments…pero sadya talaga sigurong mahal ako ni God kaya eto a huge mountain ang binibigay Niyang pagsubok sakin.

ngayon, sobrang hirap talaga ng nararamdaman ko.. Financially constraint talaga ako…. Sabay pa nito ang mababang production sa company namn.. which the management requested a cost reduction.. so kelangan kong mag li-low sa pagrerender ng overtime....It causes my sleepless night and wake me up in d midst of the night thinking "ano na naman kaya bukas ang kakainin ng family q sa province namn.?" "kelan kaya babalik ang dating sigla ni papa.. so that he can go back to work..." "kelan kaya magkakaroon ng liwanag ang bagyong dulot nito sa buhay ko?" "where will i lend money kapag maubos na ang perang ipinadala ko?"

My younger sister now is sick….Oh, God! Nakakapanlumo talagang isipin…"MONEY…MONEY…MONEY…where will I get this money?"

How can I make my simple life not complicated?

  59. To: Bubbly Cute,

I know how are you feeling right now, because even me had an experienced. Life is sometimes complex and most of the time the answer is right in front of us we couldn't see it because we are thingking too much. You know for me, our liffe is like a book full of chapters, one's end and new one starts. Just believe, and i also believe that things happen for a reason and God will not give us this trials kasi alam niya na kayang natin ito. You know that day come, when look back you will how strong you are.
I am certain of that because i did.

  61. hi bubbly cute,
here's my formula -- surrender all to God, all your TRUST, your whole being; give all to Him, all your efforts , your health, your loved ones, and ask Him to fashion your will according to His Will. at the same time, worry only for the day, take one day @ a time while you cont. to do your work. it's when you allow God to take over as your Pilot that good things happen in your life. " Seek first the Kingdom of God and all things will be given unto you..." says Jesus. of course, He doesn't give us everything that we ask for, coz He sees it is not good for our soul. but for sure, He doesn't give us a load more than we could carry. look @ a child in the arms of his father, very trusting, humble, confident and HAPPY !!! that's how we are in the arms of our Heavenly Father. " Come to Me all you who labor and are burdened, and I will give you rest." says Jesus. TRUST in His great LOVE for you !!!
    take care.
    God bless you always.
    thanks bro. bo!

    to bubbly cute,

please, keep your faith in the Lord....we all have problems and sometimes they are really big problems to test our faith in Him...just always remember that no matter how big these problems are we have a BIGGER GOD who is always on our side...just continue doing your part and let God do the rest for in His time He'll surely give us what He thinks is right for us...just surrender yourself to Him and whenever you pray never forget to say "Lord your will be done." .....keep your faith always and never let go of your trust in Him...God bless bubbly cute.

  73. bubbly cute and beck,

it's true that life seem very complicated now that you have so many things in your mind.
when i was in the same situation you are in now, i felt, i was so busy with so many things but found myself not accomplishing anything because i was so absorbed in my worries.
i was so worried in looking for solutions to my problems.
i could not understand what "surrendering to God" meant when you know you have checks clearing the next day...when your kids do not have baon the next day...
it was when i accepted the fact that i don't have the solutions to all my problems; that i was hopelessly trying to be in control of my life but am not and could not; it was when i read in a book that "worrying is a sign of lack of faith in God"...
i had exhausted all humanly possible means to solve my problems but they were futile...i cried to God... Lord, You are God and You are my Father...pera lang itong problema ko..You have created all things and You own all things, I know You will send a solution to my problem dahil pera lang naman ito."...
From then on..God has sent me solutions from all unexpected means...day by day i have witnessed miracle after miracle in my life...up to now, God has been surprising me...i may not be rich (in money now) but my problems have slowly been solved one by one...i now have peace of mind.whatelse do i need when my basic and simple needs for my family are met? Live simply.
my mind is more clear, my future now has hope.
i have peace. i can smile because God is my Father.
God has been blessing whatever work i now get into...He provides but He has to have to channel to let it flow..that is ..try to sell anything worth selling (that's healthy and legal)..kahit konti basta my kita because ang expenses araw araw yan.
    I hope this could help.
    God bless.

  74. Dearest Peoples of the World,

Greetings to you all! I wrote this letter - and will write other letters in the future - in order to share with you the true Gospel of Our Lord Jesus Christ. We have not encountered the truth because of the forces of darkness. Understand this: we are in a spiritual battle. It is time we join the force of good, instead of accepting, tolerating and even joining the forces of darkness.

We will start joining the force of good by knowing and understanding the TRUTH about God. The truth is that there is only one God, and He was manifested in three forms: God the Father, Son of God and the Holy Spirit. This is the Apostolic doctrine. The Trinity doctrine - which claims that those three are separate Gods - is a false doctrine.

In order to help explain the Apostolic doctrine, we must remember that God is omnipotent, which means He has the power to change His form. Because of His love for mankind and His desire to save us from our sins, He came in the form of a man and offered Himself as sacrifice for our sins, that whoever believes and serves Him according to His will should not perish in hell, but have everlasting life in heaven.

Because of the Trinity doctrine, many have violated the first commandment: (Exodus 20: 2-3; Deuteronomy 6: 4; Mark 12: 29). And the one true God has been punishing us for our wickedness. We must repent and ask forgiveness from our God. I invite you all to get a copy of the Authorized King James Version (KJV) of the Holy Bible, which is the true and pure version of the Bible. This version (KJV) was truly inspired by the Holy Spirit. All other versions are tampered by the translator’s personal views, which make those other versions inferior.

If you’ve read the story of Moses, the Israelites, and their journey from Egypt to the Promised Land, you will notice that God punished the Israelites for making images and worshipping them. This practice is a violation of the second commandment, also known as idolatry: (Exodus 20: 4-6). You will see that God was filled with wrath and almost destroyed the Israelites for committing this grave sin.

Today, we are still committing idolatry in our society. We have made man-made images and worshipped them. Just look at the different fiestas we celebrate in memory of this so-called “saints”. Look at the many statues in the different churches. This is a clear violation of the will of our God. We must stop this and turn to the one true God. And that God is none other than Jesus Christ. These are the Bible verses that will reveal that Jesus is God: (Isaiah 9: 6; Micah 5: 2; John 1: 1,14; John 1: 10; John 14: 6-11; 1 Timothy 3: 16).

I will discuss more truths in my next letters. I am now a born-again Christian, baptized in Jesus’ Name, and part of the true Church of the Living God: Jesus Miracle Crusade International Ministry. For the sake of your salvation, visit our website: www.jmcim.org in order to be awakened to the truth. My friends, seek the truth and the truth shall set you free. Praise the Lord!

hi! just an enlightenment. we catholics don't adore the Saints coz adoration solely belongs to God alone. we turn to the Saints for intercession, meaning to help us bring and whisper to God our petitons, our needs, since they are just a sit away from God. surely, God hears their prayers in behalf of anyone. even to Jesus' Blessed Mother, we go ask for Her intercession. She who bore the Son of God, what Jesus could have refuse to give, if His very own Mother begs for it? " To Jesus through Mary! " one story illustrates this. a man was refused to enter heaven by St. Peter, so the Saint closed the door to heaven. later, he was surprised to see the man was sitting near the Almighty. so the Saint asks, " how and who let you in? " the man replied, " Mama Mary opened the back door for me..." this man prays his Rosary everyday.
God bless us all! May we all safely reach our final destination which is Heaven with our God!
    thanks bro. bo.

tnx for that inspiring message. i really need those, lalo na now im so depressed. yes, i pray for gods guidance and blessings. And for god to make me strong emotionally and spiritually. Palagi akong paranoid. I hope you understand what i mean. again tnx

  77. beck,

that's exactly how i felt before...when people asked me what my dream was aside from having all my problems solved...was to have a good sleep...exactly in your words "luxury" ang sleep.
i even said that i understood then why those who do not believe in a God take the option of ending it all...but we believe in a God..our God..our powerful God...
I was blessed with the gift of hope..i was imagining the time na solved na lahat ng problems...i tried so hard to keep positive...almost impossible...
i wnet to daily Mass at to keep me strong. I often cried when singing songs like, "enter rejoice and come in"..i told God , "Lord, di ko ma-feel na "rejoice" kasi Lord mabigat masyado...but He held me tight when i was about to let go...He's such a good God.
Woudl you believe i was already praying, "Lord, tama na hindi ko na kaya..alam ko may solution dito pero di ko makita..I know hindi Nyo na matiis makita akong nahihirapan, help me find the solution...what do You want me to learn through this experience? patience, humility, dependence on YOu?haven't i learned it Lord?"..
i believe the solutions came slowly so that i learn the lessons well at malalim ang learnings because magagamit ko talaga...i also became more sensitive to the needs of others..

hold on, beck. i join the many people praying for you daily.
May God bless you, your family, your plans, your dreams and you work.

    ReplyDelete
  78. To Bituin, Beck, and Everyone,

You should pray to God Himself, not to an image, statue or anything carved by the hands of men:

"Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth: Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a
jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; (Exodus 20:4-5) KJV

There is no need to go through the saints, to Mary or to pray the rosary. God is the one who answers your prayers! In the above bible verse, it is said that you even HATE God if you disobey the 2nd
commandment! Let's make it clear: making statues to pray to is DISOBEDIENCE to the commadment of God. Why? Because making a graven image and praying to it, bowing to it, is worshipping Satan! :

"And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood; which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk: " (Revelation 9:20) KJV

These statues you pray to can't save you, only God can. If you say you just pray to these saints, so that they whisper your petitions to God, that is not what God wants. Doing that is disobeying His commandment, then justifying your disobedience. Think about it: Nothing is hidden from God, if that is so, why not address your prayers to Him?

Everyone of you is being punished because of the false doctrines that were taught by religions that do not know the TRUTH. This has led to your lack of knowledge about God:

"My people are destroyed for lack of knowledge: because thou hast rejected knowledge, I will also reject thee, that thou shalt be no priest to me: seeing thou hast forgotten the law of thy God, I will
also forget thy children." (Hosea 4:6) KJV

If you want to gain the knowledge about God, if you want to get to know God, if you want to go to heaven, then come and attend the regular service of the JESUS MIRACLE CRUSADE INTERNATIONAL
MINISTRY, where the TRUE Gospel of our LORD Jesus is preached by our Dearly Beloved, Honorable Evangelist, Wilde E. Almeda, the end-time prophet of our loving God. If you want to attend the services, provide me your e-mail addresses so I can send you all the schedules. Alleluia! Praise the Lord!

  79. hi! everyone! i know, we all have different understanding how we could truly adore or worshipped God in the right way possible but for me it is very important that i know and understand who god really is, our spiritual growth varried according to our daily concious effort to understant more what is sin is all about and how we can able to avoid it like a rattle snake. and to deepen our true relationship between god, jesus and ourselves is the most profound feeling that god simply desire for all of us.
our intention and motivation reveals our inner heart ,who we are to god in adoring and worshipping him.

  82. Hi Bo,

I would just like to thank you for your articles. I just joined this website recently...and slowly I was able to find simple answers/directions to my difficult/unanswered questions. I've been struggling for things I don't know and how to face them. I feel helpless and frustrated, but I don't know why. I'm aware of many blessings that God has been giving me...but still I can't find the peace I'm looking for because of worrying to much around me. I keep on asking for strength and enlightenment so I could find ways and know the answer, yet at the end of the day, I feel hopeless.
But with the simple words in your articles make me think and realize I have not realized before. It somehow softens my heart and feel the presence of the Lord (which I've been longing for).

I just want to ask to please pray for me...that I may find peace and understand what's happening to me. Just like you said, I shouldn't complicate my life. Live and find that "One Thing" that will lead me to what I'm longing for...Happiness.

Thanks again and God Bless You :-)

  84. Hi! I am new to this website and i'm liking it. My friend introduced me to this last year but it didnt interest me at first, but yesterday while i was reading my e-mails i kind of tried to go to your site and guess what, the whole day and night i was on reading and watching every thing in your website. It is really inspiring, to tell you, i stop attending mass since last year because everytime i attend the mass i dont feel the presence of God, the priests were not giving a good sermon, they dont touch my inner being, they talked about politics, politics and politics. Though sometimes they talked about Saints' lives but no further uplifting messages. Unlike you, everything is based in true stories and it's so simple the way you deliver the messages of God where even a grade school can relate and digest the messages. Thanks and surely to be in the website every single day. Thanks and thanks alot again.

The message yesterday is about be a child in the eyes of god, so this morning, i was thinking who should i help today, then i remember the children....school starts next week here in las vegas, so i went to the store and bought school supplies, i went to my nieces/nephews and gave their share then i called my co-workers and they said someone needs help in our department. I'm happy to find out that they care for this person, coz i thought i was the only one caring for her.

I promised to myself to help atleast one person a day and make that person believe in God, through me. '

    God bless and more power.

  86. Okay, Sir.

I have arrived at your website because of divine intervention. That's what you would say. It could not be that I was surfing the net looking for fanatics without escrupulous, no. So, here your Lord just told me: "You shall need a lot in the Philippines where to settle down with your family. Do not be afraid because you are a foreigner and they will not believe you. Behold, I am sending a man on the internet, loaded with businesses and ministries. HE will provide you, as I provided for him. Do not be afraid for if HE does not listen to either my commands or your needs, behold I will send him calamity in the Day of the Glory of the Lord, that is, circa year 2,875, whereupon he shall suffer greatly."

As you can see, Sir, we all have some form of communication with God. The point is, what are you going to do with my received message? Probably ignore it thinking it is coming from a godless motherf*** But, what if I need that lot? What if the Lord REALLY talked to me? Will you gamble your eternal punishment for just a few pesos--of which you are alrewady abundant??

    Sincerely yours,
